Maple Walnut Cream Pie
2 cups milk Combine milk, syrup, yolks and flour in a double boiler. Cook for about 1/2 hour over simmering water. Add the salt and vanilla, then pour into a baked pie crust. Sprinkle with the nuts and chill. Serve with the whipped cream and sprinkle on additional nuts for garnish. See also: |
