Maple Syrup Pie

2 cup maple syrup
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Beat all ingredients (except the nuts) together and spoon into an unbaked pie shell. Top with the nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
