Maple Rice Pudding

2 1/2 cups boiled rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3 eggs
1 cup raisins
1 cup maple syrup

Beat together the eggs and maple syrup, then add to them the rice and milk. Mix well. Add all the other ingredients and pour mixture into a greased pan. Set this pan in a larger pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees until firm.
