2 cups flour
1 egg beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
Combine and sift the dry ingredients. Add the syrup and
sour cream to the beaten egg, then combine the two and bake at 325 degrees
for about 40 minutes. The gingerbread is done when a tooth pick comes
out clean. Serve with whipped cream.
