Maple Balsamic Salad Dressing

1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. cilantro
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Combine the first six ingredients, then slowly whisk in the oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
