Maple Grove Maple Museum

The Maple Grove Maple Museum is part of Maple Grove Farms, the company that has the world's largest and oldest maple candy factory. Visitors to the St. Johnsbury factory (off Route 2) can watch products being made/packed and can tour an authentic sugarhouse with antique and modern sugaring equipment. Between the samples (and a gift shop) and learning the ins and outs of the maple sugaring process, a tour of Maple Grove is a tasty educational experience.

The Maple Grove Maple Museum is open from May through late October, Monday through Friday, 8-4. Guided tours start every fifteen minutes and cost $1/person (children twelve and under are free). Group rates are also available. The museum can be reached at 802-748-5141.
