Looking for Grandma Moses memorabilia? The Bennington
Museum houses a number of collections, including the largest
public collection of Grandma Moses paintings and memorabilia
in the world. You'll also find the Grandma Moses Schoolhouse
here, the actual school that she attended as a child. Other
collections include ones dedicated to Bennington Pottery,
American glass, paintings and furniture, military history
and more. The museum also houses a genealogy and local history
library and a gift shop.
The Bennington Museum is open daily November
1-May 31, 9-5 and June 1-October 31, 9-6. The cost of admission
is $6/adults, $5/students and seniors, and under 12 free.
