Bennington Battle Monument
- The Monument itself is constructed on the base of the Continental
arms storehouse that was at the heart of the battle, and is in the form
of a 306' dolomite obelisk complete with an elevator. Bennington.

soapstone objects (most of the stone was quarried in Grafton), writing
implements, needlework, toys, quilts, musical instruments, photographs,
farm-related tools, carpenters' tools, early fire engines and much more.

The Molly Stark Trail - The Molly Stark
Trail runs along Route 9 from Brattleboro to Bennington, and there's
quite the story behind it.
Old First Church - The Old First Church
in Bennington is one of the best known, and one of the first, churches
in the state. It was designed by Lavius Fillmore, built in 1805 and
dedicated in 1806. Bennington.
Old Rockingham Meeting House
- Construction on the Old Rockingham Meeting House (off Route 103 in
Rockingham) was started in 1787 or 1788 to replace an earlier building.
It was completed in 1801, and was used for both religious and civil
meetings. Today it stands as the earliest public building in Vermont
in nearly original condition. Rockingham.
Park-McCullough Historic House
- Today, this French Second Style building is open to the public. Visitors
will get to see the nearly-unchanged furnishings and décor, and
the grounds and outbuildings house a collection of horse-drawn carriages,
sleighs, buggies and fire-fighting equipment. Bennington.
