South-Central Vermont Farms & Farmstands

Billings Farm and Museum - The Billings Farm & Museum is a living museum of Vermont's rural past, as well as a working dairy farm. Woodstock.

Birch Hill Orchards - We open our farmstand in late August or early September when the first apples are ready to harvest. Pick Your Own is one of Birch Hill Orchards favorite activities and begins about the second week end in September. We begin pressing cider then also. Bring a picnic, tour in the haywagon, and enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery in Vermont. For those of you who can't make a trip to Vermont, we have a Virtual Farmstand capable of delivering our fresh Vermont apples to your home. Brandon.

Sugarbush Farm - Stroll their farm and pet the animals, visit the farm chapel or hike the nature trails. Sugarbush produces ten cheese varieties that visitors can sample for free, and visitors can watch the cheeses being hand-packaged and waxed. Woodstock.
