Begin your marriage together with an intimate ceremony that
celebrates your love in a unique and memorable way. Exchange
your vows before a roaring fire in the living room of the
main inn, inside the gazebo, or in the floral beauty of the
late spring garden.
Our Elopement Package is available all year with a two night
minimum requirement on the weekend. The package includes a
fruit and cheese platter, a bottle of champagne, and flowers
in your suite upon arrival. A lithograph of Barrows House
is also included to memorialize your wedding day. The price
of our Elopement Package is $160.00 above the cost of our
regular rooms rates.
After your wedding ceremony, you can dine on a four course
gourmet dinner in our cozy tavern, or in the atrium. Being
married here in Vermont means that there is no waiting period,
and no requirement for a blood test. We will help you in making
arrangements for your ceremony, with the town clerk, and with
the Justice of the Peace. For lodging on your wedding night,
we have seven romantic fireplace suites, with two special
suites that also include a two person whirlpool tub."
