Description: Ah, the cheese cave. I've been writing about it for a while, and swear I'm going to see it the next time there is an open house. The cheese cave is where Vermont Shepherd ages their cheeses, and they only show it about four times a year, so you should really try to hit it if you're in the area. They also run a farm stand, where you can purchase all their award-winning cheeses.
