1)Alburg RV Resort -
Located on Lake Champlain, the Alburg RV Resort features 175 sites (150
with full hook-up) available at daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal rates.
2)Apple Island Resort
- This is actually the Apple Tree Bay Campground, part of the Apple
Island Resort. And they're not kidding when they say resort... included
here are also a marina, general store, deli, golf course, etc. The campground
itself features 200 sites accomodating everything from RVs to tents,
and they even offer cabins at a very fair rate. South Hero.
3)Camp Skyland - Located
directly on the southern tip of South Hero Island, Camp Skyland features
33 campsites in all overlooking Lake Champlain. They also offer 12 "rustic"
cabins complete with toilets, showers, a refrigerator and cooking facilities.

4)Champlain Adult
Campground - Accent on adult... these folks welcome "retired
people, couples without children, and all who care about and respect
the environment." Their 79 sites hug the 1400' of Lake Champlain
shore they own, and in all they have 26 acres of cedars and orchards
for use to those with tents or RVs. Grand Isle.
5)Goose Point Campground
- In all there are 143 sites here, including 50 WES, 46 WE and tent
sites. The offer a fully stocked camp store, and activities include
swimming, boating and a pool.
6)Grand Isle State
Park - There are 120 tent/trailer sites, 36 lean-to sites, and one
cabin site that make this Vermont's second-largest state campground.

7)King's Bay Campground
- King's Bay Campground features 40 shaded sites on 1300' of Lake Champlain
(in North Hero). Activities, not surprisingly, include swimming, boating
and fishing.
8)North Hero State
Park - There are 99 wooded tent/trailer sites and 18 lean-tos that
are arranged in three camp loops. Each loop has a rest room providing
modern plumbing and hot showers ($).
