White River Valley Campground

Description: Come camp on the white river in the heart of the emerald green mountains. We have river/open/wooded tents to full hookups & we have approx. 102 sites. Clean bathrooms with hot "free" showers, special events (attendance & weather permitting) fishing from the property where you can see the state fish & game stock the fish right from the river sites. We now have a new pavillion where if decorated would be perfect for weddings etc. We are pet,bicycle & motorcycle friendly. We have updated the electrical on the river and we have new arcade games. There is a microwave for you to use. We now have a new item in our store, we are proud to introduce a fine selection of California wines. We have local & not so local restaurant & church guides, free compressed air, campstore, & propane. We have coin op washers & dryers . We also have a dish washing station. We have innertube rentals, shuttle service (shuttle fee is donated to local elementary school), ice, wood (take or free delivery) & local hiking nearby. Call early to reserve your site. We can reserve for years ahead. Seasonals welcome - call for prices.

Open/Close Dates: 5/1 - 10/15 (but open all year 'round if you can handle the cold)

Cost: Base charges start at $24-$33

Directions: From I- 89 : take exit 3 go to bottom of ramp take 107 west follow into Bethel ( 3 miles ) turn left at 107 west sign, go over bridge ( stay to the right ) & follow out approx. 6 miles. Look for our state sign on the right hand side. Look for Bridge St. We're diagonally across the street from the Gaysville post office (look for American flag) .
