Description: This is actually the
Apple Tree Bay Campground, part of the Apple Island Resort.
And they're not kidding when they say resort... included
here are also a marina, general store, deli, golf course,
etc. The campground itself features 200 sites accomodating
everything from RVs to tents, and they even offer cabins
at a very fair rate. You can rent everything from kayaks
and canoes to power boats at the marina. Other activities
include swimming in the lake or pool, fishing, waterskiing,
volleyball horseshoes, planned activities, dancing, bingo,
windsurfing and more.

Directions: Take exit 17 on I-89,
take a right and go 6 miles on Route 2 until the end
of the Sand Bar Beach Causeway.
