Mad River Glen Ski Area

Mad River Glen Ski Area

Located three miles from the Sugarbush Resort, Mad River Glen has an interesting claim to fame: as the site of the last surviving single chairlift. For those more sociable, they also have three double lifts servicing their 44 marked trails (30% novice, 30% intermediate, 40% expert). Their vertical drop is 2037 feet, and 15% of their 115 skiable acres are covered by snowmaking.

They feature multiple-day rates, including a 30-day ticket that is a great bargain for those who plan on being in the area for an extended period of time. Call or check their Website for current rate information.
