Brookfield, Vermont

-There were 1222 residents of Brookfield at the 2000 census.

-Brookfield was one of the first US towns to pass a resolution calling for the impeachment of George W. Bush.

-Site of the oldest library in continuous operation in Vermont (est. 1791).
